King Slime’s Slime Empire attack has a fun elemental slime wave indicator fx, used to show what element type the next wave of slimes will be through drawing playing cards. The card drawing is triggered through comparisons done in scratchpad from input element to card IDs.

In progress, current state of a destructable wall I am working on. procedurally modelled and fractured in Houdini, then imported into UE4. I am in the process of creating a muzzle flash FX, debris, and smoke/dust coming from the wall. I plan on testing two other versions, one in UE5 Chaos, and one using Houdini VATs.

Created a geode RBD fracture in Houdini based off of reference videos.

UE5 Niagara particle FX, Heavy system testing limits of Niagara and realism. Particle systems simmed in Houdini and exported to UE5.

Tornado created using both Houdini and Unreal's Cascade system. Houdini to create the base mesh for the tornado and Cascade for assembly and added details like dust.

I worked with a group of students at SCAD as part of a collaborative class with The Mill to create a car commercial. I was responsible for the car exhaust in this video using Houdini and Maya.

Weight study done in Houdini using rocks and wiffle balls after watching reference videos of each objects physical behaviors.
